Specification
 

The laboratory atmosphere furnace is an industrial equipment that conducts high-temperature carbonization treatment in an inert or reducing atmosphere environment. It is widely used in new material research and development, hard alloy production, ceramic sintering, carbon fiber graphitization and other fields. Temperature is 1200-1500℃

Features

  • The furnace body adopts a flange sealing structure and uses high-temperature sealing materials to ensure the stability of the atmosphere throughout the process and prevent the entry of outside air and the leakage of internal gas.
  • By precisely controlling the atmosphere inside the furnace, the oxidation of materials at high temperatures is prevented, thereby achieving specific material synthesis or processing purposes.
  • The furnace adopts heating elements (such as silicon carbide rods and silicon molybdenum rods) and a carefully designed insulation layer structure to ensure excellent temperature uniformity inside the furnace chamber.
  • It is equipped with a programmable temperature controller, which can set segmented heating, holding and cooling to meet the requirements of carbonization processes for different materials.
